Code of Conduct
As an Official Circuit Partner of WGI, Atlantic Indoor Association values every participant, staff member, volunteer, and fan as a unique individual with inherent dignity, regardless of race, gender, creed, sexual orientation, origin, or cultural background. AIA is committed to fostering positive and safe learning, performing, and working environments for all.
AIA and all AIA member units must comply with all WGI policies and guidelines, including the WGI Code of Conduct.

Reporting Concerns
It is important for all members of our community to know how to address concerns that may be contrary to this commitment. Anyone who receives information that misconduct related to participant protection has occurred, connected in any way to individuals or activities associated with AIA, should report the matter promptly.
Units questioning the conduct of another member unit, director, or marching member may submit observations in writing to the Governance Board at:

Inquiry & Resolution
Concerns of noncompliance should first be brought to the leadership of the organization involved, who are expected to conduct an inquiry into the concerns promptly and address them. AIA is also available to help an individual connect with the right person within the organization involved to ensure the concern is considered and addressed promptly.
