Venue Policies
General Public Security:
All guests should be prepared to pass through security screening upon entry to the coliseum. Crown coliseum has a clear bag policy. You may bring a clear bag no larger than 12″X6″X12″ or small (4.5″X6.5″) clutch bags. Please view the full Crown Coliseum bag policy here. Re-entry into the coliseum will be permitted with a wristband and all guests will have to pass through security to re-enter the building.
Unit Security:
Unit directors will be responsible for ensuring that performers do not bring prohibited items into the coliseum. Performers will enter through a separate entry and will not pass through security screening.
COVID-19:
Crown has no existing COVID-specific policies as of January 2023. Check here for the latest Crown facility policies.
Vendors
Atlantic Indoor Association would like to invite you to be a vendor for the 2024 South championships event. Each vendor is allotted a space approximately 18 feet long by 10 feet wide. Tables and chairs will be provided by the venue. Outlets are limited. If you have specific needs or requests for your booth let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate all needs.
Vendor Fees
Member Units of AIA: $100 per day
OR
Free with 5 volunteers signed up per day
Independent Businesses: $150 per day

Volunteer
AIA South is looking for volunteers to aid in facilitating championships weekend. All volunteers must be at least 18 years of age or accompanied by an adult. All volunteers will receive free admission for the day of their shift, a $5 food voucher for each shift, and 50% off a championships t-shirt. Please help us provide an outstanding Championships experience for the hardworking students and performers of our region!
